I have lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Tallgrass for 2 years, and it has been amazing. The price is great especially for college students and it is in a good area. It's more quiet and close enough to walk to campus. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Also the maintenance men do good, speedy work.

After being here for over a year, I can definitely say that I have enjoyed Tallgrass as my first apartment. I am planning on resigning until I graduate. It’s close enough to campus without getting caught up in heavy traffic on game days. Whenever I’ve had problems, the maintenance crew shows up in a timely fashion, and they always get the problem fixed within the day (even when I needed the washing machine replaced).

This place is far superior to my first apartment, it's more roomier, it's cleaner, the neighbors are actually friendly and don't mind stopping to chat with a stranger. The office people are actually human and don't mind sharing their stories with you. They work with you and the engineers of the complex are just awesome. Overall this place if it can be is to be my home for quite awhile.

Have lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The complex is fast on maintenance requests and the workers are happy to solve any issues you have. Wouldn't have rather lived anywhere else while studying at CMU.

I moved in a few weeks ago and it's great. Friendly people, good quality apartments, and fair pricing. (update) it's been almost 6 months now. Still great but just know that you pay for the month before the month you move in, but then you don't pay for your last month. So it evens out at the end.

I live in tallgrass apartments currently and I want to start by saying the staff is super amazing matter fact they are all very phenomenal the apartments complex is super quiet for being student / family housing it is very affordable and the units them selves are very well kept lots of née updates carpets etc. overall it has been one of the best places my family has lived in in the central Michigan area we love it here thanks again staff we love u all.

Tallgrass was a great place to spend my last two years at CMU. The maintenance was always quick and effective. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the gym was a great place to workout and play basketball with friends.

Tallgrass is an Amazing place to live... Tallgrass workers are great about any maintenance issues you have. Every time something goes wrong, it is fixed within a day. I'd recommend Tallgrass to anyone, graduate students especially, because it's nice and quiet most of the time for studying.

Tallgrass Apartments is a wonderful apartment complex. I like the quality and set up of the apartments, the gym is incredible and the office has many nice and accommodating employees. I would highly recommend renting from Tallgrass Apartments to anyone.
