ACH Check Payments
ACH Payments (Using routing number and account for checking/savings accounts) will be automatically charged a flat $2.00 fee. i.e. $800.00 Rent + $2.00 Fee = $802.00 (Fee automatically charged)
Credit & Debit Card Payments
Convenience Fee for Credit and Debit Card Payments: 2% (Round up to the next whole dollar) must be added to the dollar amount of your payment. Lessor will deduct the 2% from this payment for the fee, prior to applying the Balance to your account.
