Things to Know: If you are subleasing, you cannot sublease out to more people than the lease is signed for. FOR EXAMPLe: IF YOU HAVE SIGNED A ONE-PERSON LEASE, YOU CANNOT SUBLEASE TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON. IF YOU WISH TO SUBLEASE OUT TO MORE than what the lease is signed for, you must come into the office and speak to us directly about this. All tenants have paid first and last month's rent at the beginning of thier lease. Tallgrass apartments will not be refunding the last month's rent unless subleasor pays first and last month's rent upon move-in.
If you wish to sublease out Your subleasor needs to have a financial cosigner. A Co-Signer is somebody 21 years or older, employeed and able to make over 3 times your rent amount, and the cosigner must submit paystubs from their current place of employment. Income qualification is required, please contact the office for more information about acceptable income qualifications.

The $150.00 subleasing fee is due before subleasor will be given access to the apartment.
